TicketCloud's fees (Ticket processing fees) are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. But there is one exception. We will refund the processing fees to buyers when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds on ticket purchase to Ticket Buyers

Users are qualified to get a refund from their event organiser in the following situations.

In the occurrence of a cancelled event or the case of a duplicate charge as a result of an error, TicketCloud will take action to ensure that ticket buyers get their refunds with or without the organiser's consent.

In any case, apart from event cancellation or multiple charge errors, ticket buyers can still file a refund request to their event organiser but a successful refund will be processed based on your organiser's discretion.

In some cases, refund requests can be escalated to TicketCloud, and if requests are made on solid bases which may include gross misinformation or modification of the event data in such a way that it is vastly inconsistent with the available event information at the time of the ticket's purchase and as a result unfavourable to the ticket buyer we may mandate a refund.
